INIT/AL STUDY AND ISSt~NCE OF A CATfDORICAL ~ON FOR
AVf~JJE, A PAR~ OF THE ASS~ DISTRIC~ 82-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ban
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed 7th Street Storm Drain
WHERFAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study ham been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamorga does
hereby resolve as follow~:
SfL'TION 1: ~ City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Ex--ion
for the proposed 7th Street Storm Drain and ATSF Spur Crossing Impr~.
SECTION 2: ~ City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California f~vironmental Quality ~-t.
