~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE FOBLIC I~m~OVE~Vi~
FOR TRACT 13367 STORM DRAIN AND AUTHORIZING THE FTT,TNG OF
A NOTICE OF CC~PLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13367
Storm Drain have been c~mpleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Campletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Campletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1991.
