A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(N~D
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPBOV~4~T AGR~
EXT~SION AND IMPROV~4~QT SECT~ITY FOR TRACT 13753
WHerEAS, the City ~ouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement A~3reement Extension executed on April 3, 1991, by
Victoria Cucamo~ Partners as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located northeast corner of Base Line Road and Milliken Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of s~ch improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13753; and
WHERFAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Lu~m~nt
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
