A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG AN AGR~ FOR
INST/kT,TA_q'ION OF PUBLIC IMPROVeMenT FRC~ RICHARD B. TODD,
MARY B. TODD AND RICMARD K. TODD AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY 6~F,k-~RK T~C) SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
established requirements for installation of public improvements along
Nineteenth Street; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb and gutter, street pavement and other
related work, located along the southern and southeastern portion of the Todd
parcel shall be made a part of the Nineteenth Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the Todds have agreed to dedicate the necessary Right-of-Way
easement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve and accept said Improvement Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and
the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution w-as duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd day of
April, 1991.
