A RESOI13TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGRR~T FOR
INSTATSATION OF PUBLIC IMPROV~:~FP FRC~ C~AgL~ JOHN
HAM~ JR. AND CATHERINE JO HAMILTON AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY C~.FRK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
est~_blished requirements for installation of public improvement along
Cucamonga Storm Drain and Hellman Avenue/ATSF Railway; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb and gutter, street pavement and other
related w~rk, located along the east portion of the Hamilton parcel shall be
made a part of the Cucamonga Storm Drain and Hellman Avenue/ATSF Railway
Project; and
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to dedicate the necessary
right-of-way easement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby accept said Improvement Agreement, authorizes the
Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record
same in the off ice of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
California.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
