A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCh0

IMP~DV~4~T~~AND~ AGR~WITH~CKY P. AND
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
adopted Resolution No. 86-300 accepting a Real Property Improvement contract
and Lien A~reement with Ricky P. and Jeanna M. Miller; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
April 25, 1986, as Document No. 86-108003; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no
longer required.
NC~, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~ DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE and release said R~al Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded
in the Office 'of the County Recorder of San Berr~rdino County, California.
