A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMDNGA, CAT.TFORNTA, APPRDVING IMP~0V~24~T AG~k~4~qT
EXT~IqSION AND ~ S}~JRITY FOR TRACT 12462
D~ON BASIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamong~,
California, b~s for its consideration an In~ A~reement Extension
executed on March 20, 1991, by First Family Homes as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the south side of Summit Avenue
between w~t Avenue and Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12462 Detention Basin; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, TH~IqEFO~, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve that said Improvement A~reement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
