A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCQkMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPRD~S
FOR THE EITWANDA HIGH SCHC~L FI~D ~ PRO/RL~ -
PHASE ONE AND AUTHORIZING ~ FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Etiwanda
High School Field Improvements Project - Phase One have been completed to the
satisfaction of the Cu~m,~rtity Services Director; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filled, certifying
the work contolete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Community Services
Director is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSSD, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 20th day of March, 1991.
