A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEFIq]qG THE PUBLIC IMPRO~
FOR NINTRFNTH STREET IMPROV~}{~T PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
90-137, AND AUTHORIZING THE FTTING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Nineteenth
Street Improvement Project, Contract No. 90-137, have been cc~F~leted to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1991.
