FOR TRACT 13444 AND AUFHORIZING THE FTT,TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13444 have
been coii~leted to the satisfaction of t_he City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ccm~letion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVt~), and ADO~ this 20th day of March, 1991.
