A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPRDVING IMPROV~4~P AGR~
EXTt~SION~ IMPRDV[H[NT SEClfRITY FOR TRACT 13664
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, bas for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on March 20, 1991, by Lew~ Hc~es as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the east side of Haven Avenue north of
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13664; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, ~/{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improv~t Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
