A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV]SM~ AGP~
EXTENSION AND IMP~gV~TS~ FOR TRACT 13304
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on March 20, 1991, by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northwest corner of Terra Vista Parkway
and Mountain View Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improv~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13304; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acco~¥~anied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
