A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ~ IMPRD~f~T AGR~
EXTFNSION AND IMP~OV~4~q~ S~ITY FOR TRACT 12835
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, b~ for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on March 20, 1991, by Park Vineyard Joint Venture as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the east side of
Vineyard Avenue 600 feet north of Arrow Highway; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12835 Undergrounding; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Imp~t A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
