FOR PARCEL MAP 12058 AND ~ZING THE FII3NG OF A
NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE ~DRK
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~ for Parcel Map 12058
have been oc~let~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WH~5~EAS, a Notice of Completion is re~ed to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City (kxmcil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSFD, ~, a~d ADOPI~D this 6th day of March, 1991·
