WHEREAS, the construction of public i~ for Tract 11915-1
have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
~, a Notice of C~L~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~mpletion with the County Recorder of
