A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

EXT~qSIONAND ]]~OV]~~FORTRACT 13367
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on March 6, 1991, by
Homecom~ Partners Lt~. as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the east side of Hellman Avenue between Highland Avenue
WHEREAS, the installatio~ of such im~, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13367; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient In~0rov~m~_nt Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of tb~ City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~rent A~3reement EWcension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said ~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
