A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RAN(~{O

HIGHLAND AV~F~E AND S~%fIT AV~VUq~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba-~ for its
consideration an I~ A~reement executed c~ February 15, 1991, by Watt
Inland Empire, Incorporated, as developer, for the impr~t of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located between Highland Avenue and Summit Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such im~~__nts, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ent of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acco~-~anied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~t and said Impr~t Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
