A RESOLLTiT~N OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC2{O

LTNE M~DIAN LANDSCAPIN3 FOR PARCEL MAP 9350
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9350, su~t~ by The William Lyon
Company, and consisting of 3 parcels located on the northeast corner of Base
Line Road and Milliken Avenue, was approving by the Planning C~ion of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga on November 27, 1985; and
WH~U~%S, Parcel Map No. 9350 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Paroel Map; and
WHEREAS, as part of the requirements established as prequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acce~ble Improv~t
Security for Base T.i~e ME'an Landscapir~ by The William Lyon Company as
developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Im~ Agreement and said Impr~t Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Imp~t Ac3reement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
