~, CALIPORNIA, ORDERING THEANNEXATIONOFCEREAIN
TERRITORY TO IANDSCAPE MA//4T~CE DISTRICT NO. 4 AND
STREET LIGHTING MA/IFI]~E DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 4 FOR
TRACT13351-1
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
previously formed a special maintenance d{-~crict pursuant to the terms of the
"Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Divisic~ 15, Part 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califox~tia, said special maintenance
district known and designated as Landscape Ma/ntmnance District No. 4, Street
Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 and Street Lighting Maintenance District
No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as the 'T~intenance District"); and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 2 of the "T~r~-~caping
and Lighting Act of 1972" authorize the annexation of additional territory to
the Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, at this time the City Council is desircus to take proceed-
ings to annex the property described on E~h{hit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this referenced to the Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of property within the territory proposed
to be annexed to t_he Maintenance District have filed with the City Clerk their
written consent to the proposed annexation without notice and hearing or
filing of an Engineer's 'q%eport".
NCW, THEREPORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
S~CTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That this legislative body hereby orders the annexation
of the property as shown in Exhibit "A" and the work program areas as
described in Exh/bit "B" attached hereto to tb~ Maintenanoe District.
S~CTION 3: That all future proceedings of the Maintenance District,
including the levy of all assessments, shall be applicable to the territory
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADO~ this 6th day of March, 1991.
