A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~
IMP~0V~4~T S~fI~Y, AND FIKAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13351-1
WHerEAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13351-1, consisting of 8
lots, suhnitted by Lewis Hcmes, Subdivider, luted on the southwest corner of
Milliken Avenue and Terra vista Parkway has been suhni~ to the City of
Rancho ~ by said Sutzlivider and approve~ by said City as provided in
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of Calif--, and in ccmpli~ with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements es~hl~.~h~ as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement A~reement sukmnitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improv~ent Security, and suhnits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, ~5~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follow~:
1. That said Imp ~_nt ~ be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Imp~ Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
