WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 85-151 accepting a Real Property lm~ Contract and Lien
Agreement frc~ Frank Merony; and
WH~{EAS, said Real Property Ia~m~_nt Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Berr~rdino County, California, on
November 8, 1984, as Document No. 84-276317; and
WHEREAS, said Real Prope~ Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NCW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded
in the office of the County Reoorder of San Bernardino County, California.
