A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPRDVf]~ENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 9350 R~,T.FNA PARK STO}~4 DRAIN AND
AUTHORIZING THE F]TJNG OF A NOTICE OF CC~P~ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 9350
Ellena Park Storm Drain have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~¥~letion with the County R~corder of
PASSfD, APPROVfI), and ADOPrfD this 20th day of February, 1991.
