A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROlrfM~gT AGR~
EXTf]gSION AND /1WPRO~ ~ FOR DR 88-11
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on February 20,
1991, by Edward R. Combs as developer, for the improv~t of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southwest corner of Vineyard Avenue and San
Bernardino Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR 88-11; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accom-
panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~t Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
