A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPBDV~T AG~~
EXT~I~SIONAND]]dP~V~SECTRRITYFORTRACTS 13890-1AND
13890-2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on Fek~ary 20, 1991, by Homestead Land Development as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the south side of
Banyan Street between Haven Avenue and the Deer Creek Channel; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement B~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 13890-1 and 13890-2; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement B~jreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agr~t Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
