A RESOI/fI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(/40

EXTH~SI~ AND ]]~PROV~]~T S~CURITY FOR TRACT 13280
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement ~z3reement Extension executed on February 20,
1991, by ~ne Lusk Company as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-w-ay adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the north side of Base Line Road between Milliken Avenue
and Rochester Avenue; and
WH]5~EAS, the installation of such i~provements, described in said
Improvement ~z3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13280; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acco~%~%nied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement ~m/reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
