13727
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on FebD~ary 20, 1991
by Southland Development as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the southwest corner of Carnelian Street and Highland
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improv~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 12820 and 13727: and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Axjreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement A~3reement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1991.
