A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAI.TFORNIA, APPRGVING IMP~OV~4f~T AGRMFN~T
AND ~MPROV~T SECURITY FOR DEVELO~ REVI~4 NO. 89-21
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 20, 1991, by Great
Western Hotels Corporation as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northeast corner of Spruce and White Oak Avenues; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improv~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Cu~.~,]ssion, Development Review No. 89-21 and
WHERFAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improv~t Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
