A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMgNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROW~r AGPk~T
AND IMPROV~4~A~f S~CURITY FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 89-26
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 20, 1991, by
Cu~ut,~mity Baptist Church as developer, for the i~rovement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northwest corner of Beryl and 19th Streets; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~rovements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Conditional Use Permit No. 89-26; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improv~t Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
