A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
~, CAT~FC~NIA, APPRDVING ~ AGR~
AND ~ SECURITY FOR TRACT 14121 AND P~.VASING
A~BYCITYOOUNCILONDEC~4BER6, 1989
WHEREAS, the City Council of t. he City of Rancho Cucamonga ba~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on February 20, 1991, by
Rhoades/San Juan, A California Limited Palp as developer, for the
i~p~ent of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Highland
Avenue and Milliken Aver~_e; and release of previously su~tted Improvement
Agreement Security and Monumentation deposit accepted by City Council on
De~ 6, 1989, frc~ the William Lyon Cc~pany; and
WHEREAS, Improvement AnJreement is secured and accc~panied by good and
sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved, release of previously submitted
Improvement Agreement Security and Mc~umentation Deposit accepted by City
Council on ~ 6, 1989, fr~m the William Lyon Cc~, and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~3reem~_nt on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
