A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
/]4PRO~ SECTRRITY, AND FINAL MAPOFTRACTNO. 13703
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13703, consisting of 55 lots,
sukmitted by Kajima Development Corporation, Subdivider, located on the west
side of Haven Avenue north of Banyon Street has been suhnitted to the City of
Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements est~_blished as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement sutmlitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and sutanits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That said Improv~t Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 20th day of
February, 1991.
