A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LAND EXC~ANGE AND FLOOD
ODNT~0L ~ INSPECTION AGRk~q~lqT FOR TRACT 13566
WHEREAS, the City is holder of certain easements for street purposes
to be abandoned or relocated; and
WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Flood Control District is fee owner or
has controlling interests of properties underlying San Sevaine Basins 1
through 5; and
WHERFAS, the Caryn Development Company is the developer of Tentative
Tract 13566 which shall cause the relocation and/or improvement of certain
roads and co~anity trails; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of all three parties hereinto ascribed
that pursuant to said development and improvements, certain easements and fee
interests shall be acquired, abandoned or exchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Coucnil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Land Exchange Agreement sutmtitted by said developer
and said Flood Control District is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Tmnd Exchange Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
