A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUC3KNK1NGA, CALIFORNIA, I~FLFASING AN A/~F~T FOR
POS/~ OF ~VAL OF CC&R'S FOR TRACT 12659
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements, as a prerequisite to approval of
building permits for Tract 12659, the subdivider of said tract, The Walton
Associated Company, entered into an Agreement for Postponement of CC&R's; and
WHEREAS, said requirements have been met by the recordation of
CC&R's, Document No. 89-501827 recorded in San Bernardino County, California,
and the current developer, Brougham Realty, sukmitted a Revocation, Release,
Satisfaction and Cancelation of Agreement for approval and execution by said
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. ~nat said agreement be and the same approved and the
Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of
said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto and cause same to be recorded upon said
execution.
