WH~{EAS, the City (kxmcil has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all o~L,,ents on the proposed General Plan Amendment No. 91-01B.
follc~ing findir~:
A. The Amendment does not cc~flict with the circulation policies of
the General Plan.
B. The Amendment ~ goals of the circulation element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or detrimental
to adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: The General Plan Circulation Map shall be amended to
delete the collector status of Banyan Street between Archibald Ave~_e and
Haven Avenue.
SECTION 3: A Negative Declaration is hereby ~ based upon the
c~letion and findings of the Initial Study.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to approve General Plan Amendment 91-0lB.
