WHI~J~%S, the construction of public improvements for Area II,
Amethyst Street Storm Drain, from north of 19th Street to Highland Avenue,
Contra~ No. 90-051, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
~}5~EAS, a Notice of COmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THI:~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucam~ does
hereby resolve that the ~ork is hereby accepted and the City Engi~_r is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ccepletic~ with the County Recorder of
PASSt~3, APPROVtD, and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1991.
