WHEREAS, the construction of public im~ for CUP 87-05 have
been cc~pleted to the satisfactic~ of the City Engineer; and
~{~EAS, a Notice of Cumpletic~ is re~ed to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, TH~REF-URE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is bmreby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
