WHEREAS, the construction of public im~ro%m~ents f~r Tract 13279
Storm Drain have been cc~leted to the satisfaction of the City ~z3i/leer; and
~{~EAS, a Notice of CUmpletion is re~red to be filed, certifying
the work complete..
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho CUcam~ does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the (k~nty Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of Feb--, 1991.
