EXT~SI(~ AND ~ ~ FOR PARCEL MAP 11671
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho C~ has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on February 6, 1991,
by Missic~ Tand C~m~0any as developer, for the in~x~e~ent of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real pro~ specifically described therein, and
generally located at the northwest oorner of 4th Street and Buffalo Avenue;
WHEREAS, the installation of such im~rove~ants, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11671; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~3reement Extension is secured and accom-
panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Imp~t Agreement EWcension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approve~ and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improv~ent Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
