A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODONCIL OF THE CITY OF
O3CAM3{qGA, CALIF-U~TIA, APPROVING ]/~{OV]~ AG~~
EXTI]qSION AND ]]~°~OV~q~ SIDCURITY FOR TRACT 14121
WHIIZEAS, the City Council of the city of Ran~ Cu~ has for its
consideration an I~t ;~3reement Extension ~ on Feb~ 6, 1991,
by J.P. Rhoades Develc~ as developer, for the i~nt of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real prop~ specifically described therein, eund
generally locat_~d on the southwest corner of Highland Avenue and Milliken
Avenue; and
~, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Ac3reement and subject to the terms t_hereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 14121; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured ar~
accc~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said ]m]Drows~ent Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuc~ does
hereby resolve that said IJ~ A~reement Extension and said I~
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is h~reby authoriz-
ed to sign said Imp~ Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
