EXT~SIC~ AND ~ ~ FOR TRACT 13930
~REAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucam~ has for its
consideration an Improvement A~reement Extension ~ on Feht~mry 2, 1991,
by W & S Hellman Partners as developer, for the im~-ove~ent of public right-
of-way adjaoent to the real I~ specifically described therein, and
generally located on the east side of Hellman Avenue at Wilson Avenue; and
S~{~EAS, the installation of such im~, described in said
I~ A~ and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ of said Tract 13930; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
a~ed by good and sufficient I~ Security, whioh is identified
in said L~provement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Inl~xm~m~_nt Agreement Extension and said ~ement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement Ac3reement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
