A RESOLUTI~ OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RANCh0
CUCAMC~A, CALIF-U~NIA, APPROVING ~ AG~~
EXT~SI(~ AND ~ ~ ~ TRACT 13273
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cu~ ba~ for its
consideration an I~ A~3reement Extension ex~ on Fmh~ mvy 6, 1991,
by Western Pr~ies as developer, for the im~ of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located c~ the southeast corner of Milliken Averse a~ Mountain View Drive:
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Im~ A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develcg~ent of said Tract 13273; and
WHEREAS, said I~owm~lt Agreement Extension is secured and
ac~ed by good and sufficient Lmprov~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucam~ does
hereby resolve that said I~ A~3reement Extension and said Im~
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
