EXT~SI(kN AND I}{P~OV~qT S]DCURITY F-~R TRACT 12332-2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cu~ has for its
consideration an I~t A~3reement Extension executed on F~ ~hruary 6, 1991,
by M.J. Brock as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located at the southeast corner of Haven Avenue and Tackstem Street; and
V~5~EAS, the installation of such ~_nts, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12332-2; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acc~%~nied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said I~t Agre~m~_nt Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the 'City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~ does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said I~
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucam~, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
