~EAS, the City O0uncil of the City of Rancho Oacamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement A~3r~ nt executed on January 18, 1991, by
Western Land Properties as developer, for the i~ of median island
along Milliken Avenue specifically described therein, and generally located
WHEREAS, said I~ A~reement is secured and accompanied by
good ~ sufficient I~ Security, which is identified in said
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY ~ oF THE CITY OF ~ CJCAMONGA DOES
H~%EBY RESOLVE that said Improvement A~reement and said I~ Security
be and the same are hereby a~ and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Im~ Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
