A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF ~

TERRITOR~ TO IANDSCAPE MAINTenANCE DISTRICT NO. 1AND
STREET LIGHTING ~ DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 FOR
PARCEL MAP 13113
~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
previously formed a special maintenanoe district pursuant to the terms of the
"Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Divisic~ 15, Part 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said special ~
Lighting Ma~ District No. 1 and Street Lighting Maintenance District
No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the '94aintenance District"); and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Article 2 of (~pter 2 of the
and Lighting Act of 1972" authorize the annexatic~ of additional territory to
the Maintenanoe District; and
WHERFAS, at this time the City Council is desirous to take proceed-
ings to annex the property described on Exh/bit "A" attached hereto and
incited herein by this referenced to the Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of pro~e~ within the territory proposed
to be ann~d_ to the Maintenance District have filed with the City Clerk their
written cc~u~Jfc to the proposed annexation without notice and hearing or
filing of an Engineer's "Report".
NC~, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O ~ DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
S~CTION 1: ~hat the above recitals are all true and correct.
SqDCI~ON 2: That this legislative body hereby orders the annexation
of the property as shown in Exhibit "A" and the work program areas as
described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto to the Maintenanoe District.
S~CTION 3: That all future prooemd/n~s of the Maintenanoe District,
including the levy of all assessments, shall be applicable to the territory
annexed hereun4e__r.
