~EAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 13113, suhnitted by P~nald and
Susan Nunnally and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the north side of
Strang T~r~e ~ of Carnelian Street was approved by the Planning c~dssion
of the City ofRanchoCucamonga; and
~5~EAS, Parcel Map Number 13113 is the final map of the division of
land approvedas shown on said Tentative ParoelMap; and
WHEREAS, all of the ~ e~Ahlished as prerequisi~ to
approval of the final mpbythe City Council of said Cityhavenowbeenmet.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHECITYOFRANC~O~DOES
H~Y RESOLVE that said Parcel Map Number 13113 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Reoordertobe filed for record.
