A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RAN(~K)

STATE MASTER AGRR~%~T NO. S~TPP-5420 FOR THE STATE-LOCAL
OF BASE LTNE ROAD - ~ AV~r~E TO ~ 15;
~EAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Oaca~ (herein-
after referred to as "Local A~"), has for its consideration and execution
the Program Supplement No. 3 to Local Agency - State Master A~ree~ent No.
STI/~P-5420 for the State-Local Transition Partne~p Program authorizing
reimburse~_nt of State Share Funds for the construction of Base Line Road -
Etiwam4~_ Avenue to Interstate 15; Base T.~ne Road - Victoria Park T~e tO
Etiwanda Avenue;
WHerEAS, the State of California, Department of Tran~tion,
District Offioe 8 (b~_reinafter referred to as "State") processes and monitors
State funded projects; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to reimbursement payment of State Share funds
for said projects, the Local Agency shall approve and ~ said Program
Supplement No. 3.
NC~4, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuc~ does
hereby resolve to:
1. Authorize the Execution of Program Supplement No. 3 to Local
Local ~k-ar~portation Part~p Program for the feint
of State Share Funds for the construction of Base Line Road -
Etiwanda Avenue to Interstate 15; Base Line Road - Victoria Park
~m~e to Etiwanda Avenue in the City of Rancho O_~m~nga, San
2. To authorize the Mayor to sign said Supplement and direct the
City Clerk to attach a certified copy of this Resolution, as
the third block of said Suppl~m~_nt and for the return of the
original copies of said Supplement to the State of California
D~ of Transportation along with the certified oopy of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 6th day of F-h~uary, 1991.
