FOR DR 87-19 AND DR 87-20 AND ~ZING THE FTT.TNG OF A
NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE $~DRK
WHEREAS, the construction of pubiic i~prove~ents for DR 87-19 and DR
87-20 have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the Deputy City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of <k~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, ~, the City Ccuncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of Ja~mry, 1991.
