A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~ OF ~ CITY OF RANf~K)
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGP~
EXTENSION AND ~ SE~%~tITY FOR TRACT 13851
WHEREAS, the City Council of tb~ City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvenant Agreement Extension executed on Jan,,ary 16, 1991,
by Pacific International Development as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at the northeast corner of Wilson Avenue and
Canistel Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13851; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement ~Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~re~ment Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
