NO. 8-719 WITH THE STATE OF C~J~IFC{~T~A DEP~ OF
TRANSPOI~ATION FOR TEE IMPROV~V~T OF 19TH STREST FRf~
SIGNING THERBDF BY ~TIE MAYOR
WH~ZEAS, the best interests of the City will be serviced by the
improvement of 19th Street frnn Carnelian Street to Amethyst Street; and
WHEREAS, such improvement has been authorized by the City Council;
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Acjreement wi th the Department of
Transportation is necessary for obtaining final approval of plans and
specification for the work on State property.
S~-~ION 1: ~ne City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that Cooperative Agreement No. 8-719 with the
California Department of Transportation for the improv~nent of 19th Street
from Carnelian Street to Amethyst Street is approved.
SECTION 2: It is further resolved that the Mayor is authorized to
sign said agreement on behalf of the City Council.
SBCTION 3: It is further resolved that the Mayor is authorized to
sign any amendment(s) to said agreement on behalf of the City Council.
