A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

ERZS~ VASS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY C~,WRK
TO SIGN THE SAME
WH~{FAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
O~ No. 58 on Fe~ 21, 1979, to estm__blish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, Installation of missing off-site street improvements
adjaoent to the property to be developed established as prerequisites to
issuance of building permit for 6809 F~lLman Avenue has been met by entry into
a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Laszlo and Erzsbeth
Vass.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuc~ does
hereby resolve to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
