FRANCHISE LIC~qSE WITH OC~CAST CABLE T.V. FOR 90 BAYS
UPON EXPIRATION OF OJ~RE/qT LIC~qSE ~ THE CITY OF
WHerEAS, the Francb~-~e License granted to Comcast Cable T.V. by the
County of San Be~ and grandfathered into the City of Rancho Cucamonga
will expire on July 22, 1994; and
~{~EAS, negotiations are ongoing ~ the City of Rancho
~ and ~ Cable T.V.; and
WHEREAS, all terms and cor~liti~ of the current license will
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho ~ does
hereby resolve to extend the Franchise License for 90 days after the
expiratic~ of the current County of San Berr~ License.
